Shipping Policy

Delivery Area:
We currently offer Free Delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We also offer Worldwide Delivery — shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
All international orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery across the UAE.
  • Worldwide Delivery: A delivery charge of 150 to 200 AED will apply depending on your delivery address.
    We handle custom clearance, VAT, and all applicable taxes for international orders.

Processing & Delivery Time:

  • UAE Orders Processing: Orders are shipped within 1 business day.
  • UAE Delivery Time: Items are delivered within 1–2 days after dispatch. Most orders placed before 9:00 PM are delivered the next day.
  • International Orders Processing: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • International Delivery Time: Items are delivered within 5–15 days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Stock Availability:
All items are in stock. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a similar alternative. If you agree to the replacement, we will dispatch it as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

Exchange Window:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Charges:

  • A fee of 50 AED will apply for each exchange within Dubai. We will arrange a driver within this cost.
  • For international orders, buyers must return the item to our address at their own expense. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
