Shipping Policy

Delivery Area:
We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Charges:
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery across the UAE, except for the Western Region.
- Western Region Delivery: A delivery charge of 50 AED applies.
Processing & Delivery Time:
- Processing: Orders are shipped within 1 business day.
- Delivery: Items are delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch.
Stock Availability:
All items are in stock. In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a similar alternative. If you agree to the replacement, we will dispatch it as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

Exchange Window:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Charges:
A fee of 40 AED will be applied for each exchange.
Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
